How can I place and order?
Should you wish to place an order and receive one of our gifts then please complete the Make an Order form on the 'Contact Us' tab and specify which item/s you would like. We will then respond to your email as soon as possible (we aim within 24 hrs) and can then request payment.
How Can I Pay?
We currently accept payments via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service. Once your order had been received you will receive an email confirming all of the details. This is your proof of purchase. Once the email has been sent, and payment has been recieved, you order will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. If you order is urgent then please email me as we may be unable to meet your requirements depending on stock availability.
For local deliveries then cash or cheques are also accepted.
How quickly can you make up an order?
If we have the item in stock then we can deliver it straight away, if however we don't have it in stock or you are ordering a nappy cake which is baked to order then it will take up to 7 days maximum to be ready for delivery. Some exceptions can be made for a quicker order if needed so please contact me to check as if I have the products in stock to make up the gift then I may be able to make it sooner.
How are the items delievered?
For those items needing to be posted they will be packaged securely and sent via a courier .
Alternatively, if you live local to Holt, Norfolk then hand delivery or home pick up can be arranged
If I order multiple products, can I get a discounted postage price?
Yes, should you require multiple products then please contact me and I can give you a final postage price.
Can my order be delivered direct to the recipient ?
If you would like to send the gift to another address, please add the delivery address when you make your order.
What if I am not happy with my product?

We are open to new ideas and if you have a particular themed cake you would like then please email us and we will see if it's possible to create.
